THE PARTY: MADE Fashion Week for Impulse Launch
THE PLACE: The Penthouse at Milk Studios
THE DEETS: It’s always a party when MADE is involved, but when you put Macy’s and MADE Fashion Week into the mix? Well that takes the party to a whole new spectrum of fun. On Monday night, Macy’s had Milk Studios rocking to sounds spun by DJs Atlanta de Cadenet Taylor and Sal Morale to celebrate the launch of the new MADE Fashion Week collection for Impulse. Appropriately, the crowd was filled with the trendy, edgier consumer that this collection was created for—models like Hilary Rhoda and Coco Rocha, designers such as Carly Cushnie, Michelle Ochs, Jeffrey Costello, and Robert Tagliapietra, and musicians including Theophilus London. Special performers including Angel Haze and the Dough Rollers performed as the crowd danced the night away among flashing lights as photographers snapped shots of guests in front of the #MADE4IMPULSE step and repeat. Though shopping wasn’t an option at this launch, there was a glimpse of the styles, if you could get a look at the MADE Fashion Week for Impulse models floating around.
